An interesting concept – how juries reach their verdicts is always fascinating. The case itself sounds quite harrowing though – I’d hate to have to reach a decision on something so dependent on the he said/she said thing.
I agree, FictionFan, that it’s really interesting to explore the way juries think and how they reach their verdicts. In this case, it is harrowing, though, and that makes it all that much harder for the jury to do its work. You’re right about the ‘he said she said’ thing. The jury has to get through all that, and it does get difficult. This is definitely not a light, easy read.
