It’s interesting you’d say that, FictionFan. This isn’t a light romp. People die, and bad things happen. But you’re right that it isn’t really bleak and grim, the way some crim fiction in South America is. If you do get in the mood to try this one, I hope you’ll like it.

Sounds like fun! I like the idea of the Colombia setting – usually books set there sound much grimmer than this does, somehow.
