  1. Sounds good – Liverpool re-invented itself during that period! It’s interesting how a place suddenly becomes a centre of a cultural “movement” without anyone really co-ordinating it – it seems to just happen spontaneously sometimes.

    1. You really put that well, FictionFan! Liverpool really did re-invent itself. It’s hard to say exactly how that happened, or why Liverpool at that time. It’s probably a number of factors. And you’re right; it wasn’t a person or group co-ordinating anything. It’s a really interesting phenomenon. At any rate, if you do read this, I hope you’ll like it.
