  1. Sounds interesting! I’m always intrigued by the idea of a nation within a nation, complete with its own law agencies. I imagine it must make for a lot of complications when dealing with crimes that cross between the communities.

    1. I think you’re right, FictionFan. There’s always a layer of complexity when there’s crime in one of the Native American nations. Sometimes the agencies involved work together reasonably well, and sometimes…not. I think Hager captures that fairly effectively here. If you read it, I hope you’ll like it!
