It certainly wins the award for Most Humorous Title anyway! Sounds like a good mix of humour with some more serious elements, and that idea of what might have been if a different decision had been taken is always interesting to mull over.
I was drawn in by the title too, FictionFan! It certainly got my attention. And it is a solid mix of wit and other elements. I do like the reflective aspect of i, toot; I think it’s quite human to look back when you’re – ahem – not 20 anymore, and wonder what your life would have been like if you’d taken a different decision.
