Sounds great! I could already feel my spine tingling at the idea of the isolation. Why do women keep running away to places with no neighbours except one or two creepy ones?? If I was running away from someone, I’d get a house next door to a police station… 😉
The isolation in the novel is really creepy, FictionFan. It’s what Charlotte wants because she’s afraid of her husband, but still…no thanks. It is really eerie, isn’t it? I don’t know why so many fictional women do that. I like your idea of living next to a police station much better! 😉
