Hmm, I’m not very tempted by the pregnancy theme, but I do like police procedurals and the Dunedin setting appeals. I shall investigate the earlier books in the series!
The Dunedin setting really is well done in the series, FictionFan. I think you’d like it on that score. If you do try the series, I’ll be interested in what you think of it. The characters grow as the series goes on, so if you do try it, you’ll want to start at the beginning, at least in my opinion (with Overkill).
