    1. Ha! I’ll get you next time, FictionFan! 😉 Actually, this is rather gritty, and that won’t appeal to all readers. But you’re right about the Toronto setting; that was done effectively. So, in my opinion, was the 1960s time period.

    1. It was a really interesting look at a side of Toronto that I didn’t know, Marina Sofia. There is definitely grit and violence, although the book isn’t completely bleak, but Mo is at heart a decent character, in my opinion. If you read this one, I hope you’ll like it.
