  1. I once flew from Glasgow to Bristol in the seat next to a man who turned out to be the head of Avon and Somerset police. He kindly ate my lunch for me while I fended off the effects of turbulence – it was a tiny plane! That’s your trivia for this evening… 😉

    1. Wow!!! Now that’s a story, FictionFan! I don’t think I’ve ever sat next to a copper (that I knew of, anyway) on a flight! And not just any local plod, either. It was nice of him to eat your food so there wouldn’t be waste. And hey, you survived the trip! 😉 And you have an interesting connection to the book…
